The button below leads to deletion, after signing in with the account's email address. All data is permanently erased, along with the purchases and the lifetime pass.

The lifetime pass is paid only once. It opens the whole personal space: the horoscope for today, tomorrow and the month, the Moon phase, the week in love, the Oracle, the Monday email, the chat with Kai, and every reading, in full, with all its options (natal chart, astrocartography, soulmate, baby, past lives, palm, iris, numerology, compatibility, forecasts, tarot and more), as well as the readings to come. Extra images (colour portrait, baby in arms, another past life) are not included and are paid for separately.

The pass stays valid as long as the service exists. It includes at least one generation of each reading, and the chat with Kai up to 50 messages a day. Beyond that, message packs are bought separately. If the service were to stop, the reports already received by email would remain with the person who ordered them.

Each charge matches a chosen purchase: the reading at the end of a questionnaire, the lifetime pass, or a separate purchase in the space, such as a reading section, a full reading, the colour portrait, the speed-up of a portrait or a message pack for Kai. The card from the first payment is saved so that later purchases take one click, and nothing is charged without a purchase.

Yes. Every purchase is a single, final payment, delivered immediately after payment. There is no automatic charge.

First have the card blocked by the bank. Then write to contact@profondio.com giving the date and amount of the payments concerned, so they can be found.

Write to contact@profondio.com with the purchase's email address. The duplicate payment is checked.

There is no password. Enter the email address given at payment: a 6-digit code arrives by email, and it just needs to be entered on the page.

The space opens with the address given at payment. Check for typos, and look for the sign-in code email in the spam folder and the Promotions tab. If the address is still not recognized, write to contact@profondio.com.

Before payment, the address can be corrected directly on the payment page. After, write to contact@profondio.com giving the address entered and the correct one.

An email arrives within a few minutes of payment. Check the spam folder and the Promotions tab, or search for “Profondio” in the inbox. The space also opens directly with the address given at payment. If nothing turns up, write to contact@profondio.com.

The sign is calculated from the date of birth in the profile. If it has been corrected, the sign follows. A wrong date is corrected on the profile page of the space.

They are calculated from the date, time and place of birth. Without a time of birth, the calculation uses noon: the rising sign and sometimes the Moon can then be wrong. This information is completed on the profile page of the space.

The horoscope is written every day for each sign. Reload the page. If it stays the same from one day to the next, write to contact@profondio.com.

Reload the page, then try another browser or another device. If the problem continues, write to contact@profondio.com describing what happens, with a screenshot if possible.

A feed of positive thoughts to scroll through, one per screen, in the Thoughts tab of the space. The feed's topics can be chosen (self-esteem, gratitude, stress, love and many more), a thought is kept in the favorites with a tap on the heart, and shared as an image. The feed's background can be changed too: colors or photos.

Kai is the online astrologer in the Chat tab of the space, neither man nor woman, with no age and no country, so as to speak to everyone: love, career, life choices, tarot, numerology, natal chart or palm reading. Kai's answers are written by a language model, from the messages and the profile (date, time and place of birth, answers to the questionnaire). They are conversations to think with, not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Without the lifetime pass, a few messages are offered to get acquainted. With the pass, up to 50 messages every day. Once the day's messages are sent, the conversation picks up the next day, or right away with a message pack bought separately, with no expiry date.

In the chat, “Reset the conversation” clears every message exchanged with Kai. The day's messages and the packs bought do not change.

Profondio asks a few questions, almost all answered in one tap, and draws from them a portrait and a personal space: daily horoscope, positive thoughts, Kai, an astrologer to chat with, astrology readings, numerology and tarot, written from the answers and the date of birth. It is not a generic profile.

They are written with the help of a language model, from the answers to the questionnaire and the profile information: two people who answer differently do not receive the same text. They are texts to think with, not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

The rising sign changes about every two hours, and the houses of the natal chart depend on it. An exact time makes the natal chart and the astrocartography more accurate. Without it, the calculation uses noon.

The language is chosen from the footer of the site or from the profile page of the personal space. The readings are written in the chosen language.
