1.Service publisher
Profondio is published by PROFONDIO, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
These terms govern the use of the site and everything it offers. On the screen where the email address is requested, a checkbox records acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy. Using the service also means accepting these terms.
2.Access to the service
The service is for adults, or the age of majority in the country of residence if it is higher.
Answers concern the person answering. The compatibility and marriage readings also ask for some information about another person, to be entered only with that person's agreement.
3.Purpose of the service
Profondio asks questions and produces personal texts and images from the answers.
- A questionnaire of about two minutes, followed by a personal report written from the answers and delivered by email
- Readings: soulmate portrait, palm, iris, past lives, baby portrait, compatibility, marriage, birth chart, numerology and others
- A personal space: horoscope, thoughts, Oracle, dream journal and chat with Kai, the service's astrologer
4.Nature of the report
The report and the readings are texts to think with, produced with the help of artificial intelligence, as are the horoscope and the chat replies. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace a professional.
In case of personal difficulty, a qualified professional should be consulted.
5.Account and personal link
An account is created automatically, with no password: the personal space opens with a 6-digit code sent by email, and the report with a link sent by email.
That link works as the key and stays confidential: anyone who obtains it can read the report. In case of doubt about its circulation, write to contact@profondio.com.
6.Prohibited uses
Use of the service excludes:
- Any unlawful or fraudulent use, or use intended to cause harm
- Any interference with the site, its servers or its networks
- Any copying, extraction or automated scraping of its content
- Any attempt to reach other people's links, reports or data
- Any resale or redistribution of the service and its texts
7.Breaches
Access may be suspended, for the time of a review or permanently depending on the severity of the breach.
8.Lifetime pass
The lifetime pass is paid only once. It opens the personal space and every reading, in full, with all its options, as well as the readings to come. Extra images (colour portrait, baby in arms, another past life) are not included and are paid for separately.
“Lifetime” means as long as the service exists. The pass includes at least one generation of each reading and the chat with Kai up to 50 messages a day. Beyond that, message packs are bought separately.
If the service were to stop, access to the space and to the pass would end. The reports already delivered by email would remain the property of the person who ordered them.
9.Payments and purchases
The price shown at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
Payment is handled by Stripe, on the page. Card details only go through Stripe, never through the service's servers.
Each purchase is paid only once, with no automatic charge: the reading at the end of a questionnaire, the lifetime pass and the separate purchases chosen in the personal space (reading sections, full reading, speed-up, message packs). The card from the first payment is saved for later purchases, and each purchase is delivered immediately after payment.
10.Refunds
Every purchase is a single payment for digital content, delivered immediately after payment.
Every purchase is final and not refundable.
There is no automatic charge.
11.Ownership
The report belongs to the person who ordered it, who may keep it, print it and share it freely.
The answers remain the property of the person who gave them. Their use is described in the privacy policy.
The site, its questions, its texts and its name remain the property of the publisher. Reproducing them elsewhere and exploiting them commercially are not permitted.
12.No warranty
The service is provided as is. Uninterrupted availability and the absence of errors are not guaranteed.
The reports, readings, horoscopes and chat replies are written from the answers given. No outcome is promised.
13.Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages: loss of data, lost profits, distress, or decisions made after reading the report.
Where liability is established, it is limited to the amounts paid over the previous twelve months.
14.Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Consumers residing elsewhere keep the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence: this clause does not set them aside.
15.Changes
The service may change, and these terms with it. The version online is the one that applies, with its update date at the top of the page.
